I believe that fish oil is pretty magical. This is the first month I’ve faithfully taken fish caps with every meal and the first cycle where I haven’t yet gotten a killer backache a week before AF(sorry fellas)

Messed around with the decline bench…I’ve never done it before. It’s weird, but I didn’t have any shoulder pain!
Also played with db clean and presses…I like doing stuff like that every once in awhile, but I gotta be careful with my diva of a shoulder. worked up to 55…, felt like I could do more if I had more in the tank…kwim?

I gotta do boring grown up stuff and take my vehicle to get its oil changed tomorrow. And I got a low pressure tire light come on…so I an inspection and find that the cap to the air thingy on the tire is missing. Do those just come off randomly or did someone do a walk by and take it off? hmmm

Maybe my idea isn’t too far-fetched. Boss lady is leaving in January(military) so it has to happen soon, because I don’t know if the next person in charge will be as helpful and as encouraging…

My ‘diet,’ in case anyone is interested. Its pretty boring and I pretty much eat the same thing everyday. But its getting the job done!

head o’steamed cauli
*more detail: Steam cauli with 2 cloves of minced garlic…
saute onions with spray and a bit of water…I sprinkled celery salt into mine
throw the turkey hamburger in there and cook it all up with a splash of worchestershire, or however the hell you spell that word! sauce and a squirt of ketchup. Add extra salt n pepper…basil and parsley…
Voila! Meatloaf and mashed potatos
That meal pretty much did me good for the rest of the day!
6pm-Had a whey shake
