I believe that fish oil is pretty magical. This is the first month I’ve faithfully taken fish caps with every meal and the first cycle where I haven’t yet gotten a killer backache a week before AF(sorry fellas)

Went to the gym cause I didn’t feel like sitting around…probably shoulda cleaned or something instead, but Im always cleaning :confused:

Messed around with the decline bench…I’ve never done it before. It’s weird, but I didn’t have any shoulder pain!

Also played with db clean and presses…I like doing stuff like that every once in awhile, but I gotta be careful with my diva of a shoulder. worked up to 55…, felt like I could do more if I had more in the tank…kwim?
I’m running off some chicken and cucumbers this morning, haha…

I gotta do boring grown up stuff and take my vehicle to get its oil changed tomorrow. And I got a low pressure tire light come on…so I an inspection and find that the cap to the air thingy on the tire is missing. Do those just come off randomly or did someone do a walk by and take it off? hmmm

Maybe my idea isn’t too far-fetched. Boss lady is leaving in January(military) so it has to happen soon, because I don’t know if the next person in charge will be as helpful and as encouraging…

I’ll pass on your video idea, haha!! And not to brag but I can do more with those machines, but I really try and focus the movement through the knees and pause at the top…much more weight than that, it doesn’t feel right.

My ‘diet,’ in case anyone is interested. :slight_smile: Its pretty boring and I pretty much eat the same thing everyday. But its getting the job done!

1/2 cup cottage chz

  • 1pm-
    1lb ground turkey
    head o’steamed cauli
    *more detail: Steam cauli with 2 cloves of minced garlic…
    saute onions with spray and a bit of water…I sprinkled celery salt into mine
    throw the turkey hamburger in there and cook it all up with a splash of worchestershire, or however the hell you spell that word! sauce and a squirt of ketchup. Add extra salt n pepper…basil and parsley…

Voila! Meatloaf and mashed potatos :wink:

That meal pretty much did me good for the rest of the day!

6pm-Had a whey shake

I’m hungry, but prefer to go to bed a little hungry…I sleep like a log too.

i cant go to bed hungry, even a lil, or i’ll wake up ready to eat the quilt.

pretty sure that doesnt count as my daily requirement of insoluble fiber.

If Im absolutely starving w a rumbly tummy, cottage chz is good…but at the end of the day Im sick of the proteinzz and want some damn cookies n milk if Im being honest!

ya, its rough…but it forces you to get creative with what you have(spices, etc)

Went to put my air in my tires(I feel special) hit the store up for more proteinz…and now I am going to attempt rolling my back and hips out and then go on a walk.

oooh, and I found Libby’s pumpkin mix in the store!!! I love mixing it with cream cheese and just eating it like that.
