DB Press PR- 75’s x 8 for 2 sets
Pulls max reps BW for 9, 9,8
BB Row / DB Rows on the incline / Straight arm pull downs
5.15.14 DE Lower
Speed box squats Buffalo bar with dbl MM (changing to dbl Minis next week- more than 25% band tension for me)
Sumo pulls with 80# chain - PR - 1RM @ 345 + chain
GHRs/GHR-Snatch grip back extn / Rev hyper / DB obliques
5.18.14 ME Upper
Bench against 70# chain
warmups - singles @ 155, 165, 175, 185 (PR)
add Slingshot miss grooved @ 225, so took down to 205, 225, missed at 245
Short work with the SDP again, still breaking it in…way tight on my right arm…275 to 3 brd for 3, then tried 295 to 2 brd, right arm was killing me and I totally missed so, off it comes…
Close grip pin press against 50# chain

First day in about a week in the gym…felt good, got to get back into my new SDP. Right arm sleeve was extremely tight last time so I pumped up a small football to stretch it out last night, it actually worked, my arm didn’t turn purple this time.
5/31/13 - ME Upper
Bench - shirted to 2 brd with Reverse Average bands
warm ups to 175 raw, then added shoulder saver (didn’t have enough people today to hold boards) with reverse average bands.
315, 335, 365, 385, 405, 415 (which was the best press yet)
Close grip floor press with max chain to an 8RM
135 w/20 chain, 95 w100 chain, same again
decline DB rollbacks
4 sets of 10, 30’s, 35’s 35’s 35’s
standing SSB bar with backward paddling, just moving abs/obliques, this is done for count of 100 each side
Thank Snap, these ab exercises come straight from the Sweatt Shop and most are killers.
