Finally Got the Lifting Mojo Back... Again

Hey Snap, unfortunately Nats are in a small town outside of Nashville TN. Going down early for weigh ins and wondering what we’ll do (beside eat) before we can even check into the hotel, lol.
Hope all is going well with you and the family and of course, the lifting

got in warmups / openers for squat and DL this morning…all went pretty good and I was just full of energy this morning, most have been the fireworks, hard apple cider, ribs and corn on cob from last night fueling me.

Damn. Your lifts are pretty.

Accidentally inserted a new thread on my SPF National Meet, so I won’t regurgitate that vid again…but I will say I weighed in my lowest yet 145.4 and still had my highest total - 1225 (pr) by way of 460-330 (pr) - 435 (pr).

So a week after my best meet, I’m back in the gym, pressing out a Raw Bench PR and some DB Rows with 90# DB…yes, thanks Chris (csulli) for talking me in to trying those : )

Wow. Just wow. I’m basically the same weight as you, and can’t even imagine benching 230. I’m not sure I can imagine benching 200.

Congratulations on your meet! I’m looking forward to the day I can post my own results.

Thanks for the tip on the callouses too!

Great shot of the knee wrap bruise in that DB row video lol

logging training is hit or miss these days…brief video of training…picked next meet…SPF Record Breakers with the “team” in November. Starting prep cycle…

Celebrated the 23rd anniversary of my 29th birthday with a new 10# Bench PR…

Some ME Lower work today…all exercises were trying today…

just a another training video…pulled a rev band PR 500# and today worked shirted lock out…last rep of last set my left shoulder gave out a bit but with 225 on the bar and the band tension of approx. 120-130#'s I’ll take a lil pain…nothing ice and ibuprofen can’t handle, right?
