First off, I’m back…I had a couple months without an internet connection, but have since moved back to school and thus have access again. So, hello again…
In light of the Dr. Serrano interview and some recent posts about eggs in general, I’m wondering if salmonella is still a concern for anyone. Several folks were talking of eating their eggs raw, and at least how I was raised, this was always a no-no. So, what gives?
Dr. Mercola might have some radical views on things, but he has a great article about eggs and eating raw eggs. if you want to eat raw eggs, you should really buy the BEST eggs you can. give your dog those white ones you have from the grocery store. LOL. but seriously, the organic, free range eggs are the best “grocery store eggs” but if you can buy locally produced or even FRESH eggs (not refridgerated) you’re getting a better food.
read his article. it’s pretty thorough. i raise my own becuase i like chickens and wanted fresh eggs. you don’t have to go that far, but at least buy organic.
