Haven’t posted for a while due to training rather than posting. I’ve achieved my goal - fought last weekend. Check the blog for more details. I’ll continue to post here… got some new goals to aim for!
Back again. Training has eased a bit following the competition, no sparring for example. I’ve been training less at Leicester Shootfighters and more on my own concentrating on strength and conditioning. I’ve been reading some Dan John recently and have tweaked my training a little. I’ve backed off my numbers a lot and programmed two days of strength training.
