Fightin' catabolism

I need some opinions here and any help from you T-men would be appreciated. I like to play basketball, and frequently a bunch of guys(including me) get some hardcore games going on a local court. Occuring maybe once or twice a week. Because they get pretty competitive, we can end up playing for up to two hours. I bust ass much of the time, so I don’t think it helps the muscle mass much. Can anyone give me any ideas how I can keep that nasty catabolism away? I realize Surge might be a good idea, but being an 18 year old who could use some cash in college(for protein, of course) it is kinda beyond my budget, but maybe I can squeeze it in if it’s my only option.
