If enough people follow suit, they will listen.

sent this to both what you think?
“Wow. You guys are unbelievable. This is in regards to the independently owned brewery, you guys pretty much have threatened with a lawsuit. I will stop buying any products distributed by your company, if this continues. I will also inform others of the injustice you guys are trying to obtain and have more customers seize purchasing. You might laugh and say, I’m just one person. Yet multiply me by hundreds and you will have thousands upon thousands lost every year cause of this. Believe that.”
when any one hears something about thousands lost it usually will catch their attention:D

Hell yeah, Carlos! Practically the same damn thing I wrote.
If everyone would post this to their FaceBook and MySpace and this thing goes viral and a real movement starts, Hansens and Monster will definitely notice…
Craft beer is another passion for me. On my browser at any given time is a tab for T-Nation and a tab for BeerAdvocate…Check out their thread.
Anyone seen Food Inc.? All this sounds so familiar? (wiki) On November 10, 2008, distribution of the Monster Energy and Monster Java products was turned over to Coca-Cola Enterprises.
I just found out that Hansen is in bed with Anheuser-Busch…

And apparently Hansen tipped their hand at some point and revealed that in fact this has nothing to do with their claim that, “…the use of VERMONSTER in connection with beer will undoubtedly create a likelihood of confusion and/or dilute the distinctive quality of Hansen’s MONSTER…” but everything to do with the fact that they want to get into the beer brewing market…which makes sense given their distribution deal with AB.
"Nadeau, who said this battle has been a big distraction from his normal brewery fun, is spending “big bucks” to defend his Vermonster brand – trademarked in Vermont in 2006 to mark the brewery’s 10th anniversary. He said he consulted with several trademark lawyers and then pledged to Hansen to never step into the energy drink market with his brand if they would drop their legal pursuit.
That drew a response, he said, that tipped Monster’s hand. Hansen, the attorney told Nadeau, doesn’t care about his brand in the energy drink arena – they want to go into the beer market. Even still, Nadeau said, he doesn’t see how Vermonster and its decidedly different look and name poses any threat."

Example of a retailer pulling Monster of their shelves completely as a result of this lawsuit…boycott Monster! Support Rock Art Brewery!
Posted by SFLpunk on BA…
"I just talked with Ryan Cathrall who rides for the Yeti Cycles downhill
mountain bike team and he dropped his Monster Energy sponsorship in
response to their actions against Rock Art Brewery!
Cheers to
Ryan and hopefully m…ore athletes will send a message back to corporate
that they won’t represent corporations that pursue these types of
actions."
Facebooked the video to spread the word to people I know who may drink Monster piss water.
You gotta love a brewery that has Kokopelli for their logo. Kokopelli - Wikipedia
Awesome !! Fuck monster!! I’m forever a Spike Shooter disciple:D
The Vermonster is also a kind of sundae by Ben and jerry’s… get them involved…they would win.
