Fiber

I’m not sure how many grams of fiber I should be taking in. If anybody could help out I would appreciate it.

the fda wants us to take in 30 grams of fiber for every 2,000 calories

25-40 grams is the RDA. 25-50 grams is what most Nutritionists would recommend. The easiest way to get extra fiber: Kellogs Bran Buds mixed into your protein shakes (14 grams of fiber per 30 gram serving).

Stay 5-15G per meal.

How much is too much fiber?

For the average weight person, 20G of fiber per meal is too much. If you eat this much you WILL regret it, I’ve done it before.
