Fiber Supplementation

Anyone know a good fiber supplement. Can always use more fiber!!!

Fiber tabs and powders generally suck (3g per serving!), so I use Fiber One cereal. You can sprinkle that stuff anywhere. It also contains sucrose, which is why it tastes so good.

Oatmeal is great soluble fiber.

Just eat the right foods.

I get ~106g of Fiber p/day naturally from my diet.

Mind you, I’m at 6,000kcals.
