Hey guys. I’ve got a few questions that i hope someone can answer. I’ve just gotten back (bout 4months now) to working out after a two-year hiatus due to a medical problem. In those two-years i’ve seen my weight go from 185 (i’m 5’8" and most of it was muscle- my bf was around 7-9%) to 140 and then back up to 180-190 due to meds i was on. I’ve been really suprised at how much muscles can really “remember” even after two years off. My first question deals with androsol/nandrosol- is there any major difference between the two? Went to my local discount supp store and picked up some nandrosol but they don’t have androsol. Question two deals with the application of (n)androsol- should the skin that you are applying it to be shaven? Does the “torso” area mean just the front or should it be used on the back as well? Is the chest part of your “torso”? Finally my last question is about the max-ot program. For anyone that has used this program did you follow the dietary guidlines recommended. I keep my eating pretty strict (moreso now that i can workout again) but the protein requirements seem a little excessive. Thanks for any help.
