I have few question that i can’t found answer.
Muscle Fibers Training
Begining of lift always start with slow twitch fibers then immediately fast twitch fibers turn on if load is heavy enoug (that depends from person to person and muscle to muscle) 80% to 100% weight should recrute them all from the first rep no metter lifting slow or with explosive intension. Other way to recrute them from the first rep is by fast exsplosive intension when lifting lower weights below treshold but difference is that mechanical tension is not same. One more way is starting with lower weight below trashold and due to fatigue weight becomes above 80% at that moment, lets say 70% on bar as reps goes by comes to 80%.
Is this true?
Slow eccentric submaximal weight
To do them or not because eccentric is stronger than concentric?
What is there purpose besides to get more fatigued and have more controled lowering part of the lift?
Can they contribute to hypertrophy if they done 5 sec with 20 seconds rest between reps like i see in some clusters sets on net?
