training has been going good - bench, squats, OHP - hitting my numbers for week 1 of 531.
DL on Sat, and should be doing defecits for about 6 weeks or so to build up my strengh getting out of the hole~

yaaa! Spockie and DJ - my onliest freinds on the interewebz~
so - defecit DL’s are tougher than regular, started at about 1 1/2" platform, and had difficult time pulling up 275 x 5. was supposed to work up to 325 x 5, but didnt.
I chalk this up as a fail.
oh well, working on the jeep this weekend, theres a good chance that we can wrap it up and get it on the road - thats positive, no?
