Take this with a grain of salt because I have no idea what I’m talking about. Their elbow sleeves run super small, my not quiet 17in arm just barely fits a XXL elbow sleeve. Now I don’t know how or if that factors into their knee sleeves but they look nearly identical to one another. My point is that they likely run small also and I like the sound my keyboard makes when I type.

This, they run small. I have the XXL’s and I have chicken legs and mine are TIGHT. I’ll check my quad measurement tonight but if I’m more than 25-26 I’ll faint.

I been reading Wendlers 531 for power lifters, and in the back section, there is the option for BB routines in addition to the PL routines and marrying the two of them.
I put togther the program for that:

tri pushdowns/facepulls 10 x 5

KB Swings 15 x 5
leg curls 10 x 5
bi curls 10 x 5
OHP
DB 1 arm press 10 x 5
krocks 10 x 5
tri pushdowns 10 x 5
DL
G’mornings 10 x 5
b/o rows 10 x 5
bi curls 10 x 5
this offers more volume than I had been doing in the past and should get me some pump~
start on Saturday, after this week of deload~

the trainers dont like the snatch grip, they say that what I need is to watch my form, and use the regular alternated grip, so I am working on using that.
also - I used to use wraps, now I dont.
