Feeling Tired All The Time

I am looking for some help. I have been training for over 2 years now and recently started competing in powerlifting. Recently I have been dealing with feeling tired all the time, it takes so much more to get in the gym everyday now. I typically train 4 days a week. I also have been having more soreness then normally and have been really stuck with my gains.

My diet is nothing special. I wake up make a protein shack couple hours later have a protein bar, then for lunch normally a chicken breast and brown rice with some greens. Then dinner I eat some red meat with potatos or brown rice again, then before bed I eat a bowl of ice cream. Some days I make have a little snack in between.

Any information will help im getting sick of feeling dead all day. If it helps or not My PRs are bench:335lbs Squat:405lbs Deadlift: 450lbs and I weight 237lbs

Assuming this is a serious post: eat more, rest more, take a break from lifting…or do all three. If that doesn’t resolve it, go see your doctor and get some blood work done.

^what he said.

Take a week off lifting, go somewhere nice for dinner, read that book you’ve been meaning to get stuck into for a while. If you’re dreading your workous all the time, then don’t work out!

Eat good food, lay off stimulants, relax, get laid, be happy.

If after a week or two of that you still feel like shit, then it might be something medically wrong with you.
