Ok within 3 hours after taking Surge I STILL feel very sick to my stomach. Does anyone else have this problem?
Also, on the flip side, when is a good time to take a protein shake; before workout, after my dose of Surge and creatine (which itself is after the workout), or before bedtime?

A protein shake is just a convenient source of protein…use it whenever you’d like some protein.
Try eating a meal which coincides with your physique goals within 45 minutes-1.5 hours after taking your Surge.

I’d passout if I didn’t have a meal within an hour of my Surge.

Very good question.
It’s four hours after your workout and you haven’t eaten? There’s a problem right there.
Also, make sure you mix it with enough water. I usually use about 32 ounces of water (a full nalgene bottle) for two scoops.

If it’s a choice between only those times, I’d go with right before bed; Before your workout being a second choice, if size is your primary goal.
I ate about an hour after my Surge and that didn’t really help, I felt sick until bedtime. I’ll try it again tomorow after I workout with a bigger meal and see what happens. Is it ok that I mix my Biotest Creatine with my Surge and take together after my workout?
As for the protein shake I think I’ll pound one of them before my workout. Sometimes I don’t have enough time in my afternoons to eat a good meal before my workout.

Also, with this Biotest creatine, is taking 4-5 scoops at one time for the loading phase just the same as takin 4-5 scoops throughout the day?
Wow… no, it’s totally not the same. If you’re tossing 20-25 grams of creatine into your Surge, it’s no wonder you’re not feeling well. That high a dose is an absolute invitation to “gastric upset” (a technical term for feeling like you’re gonna have a case of Crea-zuma’s Revenge.)
Dude, labels aren’t just for making the bottle look pretty. They do have some sorta useful information on them.
RECOMMENDED USE FOR LOADING: As a dietary supplement, over a five-day period, take one scoop (5 g) four or five times per day.
RECOMMENDED USE FOR MAINTENANCE: As a dietary supplement, take one scoop (5 g) per day, preferably after training.

I never said that i take 5 scoops at one time, I was just asking. I only took 1 with my Surge, AND I ate an hour after it ok.
For the loading phase of creatine what is something I can take it with?

You said you didn’t feel good after taking your Surge and creatine. Then you asked about taking 4-5 servings at once. I figured they were related, but sorry for the misunderstanding.
Warm water will be fine. If you’ve decided to load (which I usually don’t see as necessary, but plenty of folks do), I’d rather not add 80 grams of sugar/320 calories to my daily intake. That’s four 4-ounce servings of grape juice.

Oh don’t worry about the misunderstanding, I should have been more specific. As for the loading, I heard that that is the most important part?
You heard wrong.
Loading doesn’t make a difference in the long run.
