Feeling Different Some Days

There’s always days when I feel huge and then others when I feel as if im 130 lbs. Why does this happen? and does this happen to any of you? Its deffinately annoying

You’re probably varying the degree to which you flare your arms while you walk. I heard this is called “intermittent ILS”.

Good Luck

The feeling big vs feeling small days probably correspond to glycogen fullness and water retention. Honestly though the best cure for this is to keep getting bigger. It’s pretty hard to feel small when women and children move to the other side of the street when you are walking, or you can’t buy any clothes off the rack.

Basic mood swing? Your attitude when entering the gym? Thoughts about what you ate that day, or what happened (good or bad) over the weekend?

I think it happens to most everyone to varying degrees. I certainly get that way as well. On those bad days, just plug away and remember that the reason you’re in the gym is so you DON’T feel like this again.
