Hey hows this for a bulking routine, I figured on only compound movements, with the exception of ab stuff.
A
20 rep breathing squats
shrugs 3 x 10
side bends 3 x 10
B
Flat BB Bench 5 x 5
seated rows 3 x 10
weighted crunches 50
C
Deadlifts 5 x 5
Shoulder Press 3 x 10
Lat Pulldowns 3 x 10
I plan at starting with A,B,C,off,repeat
then if i need to i’ll add more recovery time
Is this balanced? It seems like so few exercises but i couldn’t think of anything i didn’t have covered with the compound stuff.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Howdy,
Ive said this in numerous threads, but listen to Alwyn Cosgroves Double tap, and then figure out what you are going to do with set/rep parameters. Exercise selection is the least important variable…the most being your progression.
