Well we both had it Thanksgiving. She’s doing fine , her ability to smell is a little off still. She’s noticing phantom smell of smoke. My end i think I might be back 100% .

Not quiet in “London”. I’m just past Dartford crossing. But yes we are doing okay. We put fake grass down and some lights so we can use into the evening.
Its a 5 bed house as well…
Bought as a 3 but we added 2 rooms in the loft. Sounds flash but not really.

Finally warmed up enough to lift outside (my cold tolerance sucks).
Got some triples in, had fun with the kiddo.
Scored 50 lbs (2 25 lb’rs) about a month ago at Walmart for like $19.99 each, and finally got to use them.

The ambient temperature was like high 50’s (f), but the wind at ground level was chilled by the snow.

That is some hard-core lifting fully jacketed and training in the snow - reminds me of Rocky4.
The little guy there, he’s unstoppable. Him and the other kid next door got a few good paths for their sleds on the other side of the house/yard and they just run up and ride down for hours.
No leg photo this time. I don’t notice anything on the front, but the back seems improved. My next dexa in March will tell me what’s up.
I feel like I have been going hard. I’m exhausted all the time. I’ve cut out most BS. Each time I watch a strongman competition, it motivates me to push even harder.
I pretty much only do compound lifts. I am supposed to return to the office next week so my routine will change. Going to my “work” gym at lunch means I have to be flexible. I will try to get my butt up early, but that usually doesn’t happen.
