Showing some after WOD pics pumped with good lighting, because I have nothing to show for actually: nothing changed ahah. Maybe slight fat/water loss. Focused on my exams, and maintaining, with all that’s happening.

Yeah - that’s the youngest. He’s 6. The moment I ask for help filming he’s there. He really enjoys it. I love encouraging it. Who knows maybe he’ll enjoy it for life?

Funny story :
A fews back he was filming a max effort set of squats I think it was. I finished and I’m trying not to die. I hear him delete the footage. Apparently it wasn’t great and I need to do the reps again. Thanks kid.

Been doing 531 and deepwater the past month or so… hit a few PRs at the end of my last 531 cycle

370x1 squat

345x9, 385x1, 405x1 deadlifts

This past Fridays DW squat session. This is the last set of the 10x10 at 230lb

Just about halfway through DW beginners, then I might run it again now that I have the weights worked out…

Here’s me yesterday (Feb 7) notching my heaviest deadlift (475 pounds) since a) losing some weight and b) switching to sumo stance as I creep back towards 500-plus, this time with bodyweight more like 215ish versus the 250-plus that I was previously carrying.

Here’s my progress in the first 5 weeks of the T-ransformation challenge (before on the left, 7th Feb on the right). Not much change yet but I’ve got the ball rolling now. If I’m lucky you might not recognise me by the August check-in.

Since setting up my phone to film lifting is pretty much my nightmare, I was planning on grabbing a physique shot at some point to participate here, but I wound up being pretty happy with a photo my S/O took of me yesterday. Muscular definition through a hoodie is cool.
