I’d go with glute ham raises. I’ve just recently figured out how to do them in my gym, and they’re pretty damn awesome.
Same here. They are my new favourite exercise and I can now do them without having someone support my legs - I have to use the lat machine as my gym has very few machines.

3rded on the glute ham raises! Just started
Sitting Overhead Press
Incline DB’s
Sumo Deadlifts
i cant work out for another 3 weeks or so. surgery. but i’m looking foward to highpulls from the ground, and some good ole squats
Recently started doing BAREFOOT Standing Calf Raises on a machine. Wow… the crampy burning feeling hurts so good and the pump is full. I believe shoes only hinder the performance and potential of the calf raise.
Looking forward to seeing if these add some size in a few weeks.
since its getting warmer out I’m spending a few nights a week doing: tire flips , farmers walks, mountain biking, jumping rope, and sled / prowler work. all new to thess, but feels awsome!
Cross body hammer curls and seated dumbell presses.
Hang Power Cleans. And despite what member mfurci says, my traps and back ARE getting bigger and stronger.
I have always loved dumbbell pullovers, just the best feeling and they are badass.
