If any of you like dance/trance, i highly recommend “Imperial Trance”
theres 13 volumes of it, each volume goes for 1hr20mins.
I reckon its awesome high energy music that dosent stop, it does cycle through differnet beats, but you never get the stop of a song, or something come on that you dont like.
just press play, and u got good music for your entire session.
2,9,10,11,12 are my faves
MASTODON
Destroyer 666
Sodom
Destruction
Gospel of the Horns
Grenade
Whiplash
Any blackthrash or thrash/speed metal is by far the best
Guns N’ Roses
AC/DC
Metallica
Motorhead
Black Sabbath
System of a Down
Skid Row
Linkin Park
Korn
Eminem
Smashing Pumpkins
There is some good alt. rock, and rap that can get you psyched, but this is basically it.

On lifting days it’s gotta be Metallica and a bit on Pantera.
