Great video, although the builder bars are too expensive, you can get more bang for you buck and more calories eating a nature valley protein bar AND a fig bar at once, 400 calories versus 280 for the same price!!!

For me, I’m at the point where cheese is what I’ll consider toward sabotage. I know it won’t satiate me and that it’s VERY energy dense. Pork rinds get close to that too, but that at least have a self-limiter of being crunchy and rough on the roof of my mouth.
We ate pork rinds on duty all the time. Geto food.
I never buy the flavored ones. I find it interferes with satiety signaling.

I’m a puny runt who’s always had to do more. I was also raised by hippies, I didn’t even eat my first steak until I was over 18.
I think the real power food is all of the friends you make along the way.

I never looked like I lifted.
The farmers walk made my traps very sore, but they never grew from them.
I get better trap results doing deficit farmers deadlifts, don’t care about the carry part anymore. Been there, done that……
No shit?? I get some upper / mid back “soreness” from carries. Hit 450 for 4 sets of around 35 feet yesterday. I also do a lot of rows and Kelso shrugs for traps too
