Metabolic Drive
Natural PB
Just enough water to make paste
Dip apples, celery etc in it. Good stuff.

1 cup plain, fat free yogurt
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate Metabolic Drive.
Mix together for a nice tasty pudding. I also tried this with cottage cheese, which almost made it edible.
I tried Shug’s oral orgasm concoction the other night and it was actually pretty damn tasty.
Vanilla Metabolic Drive Complete (should be similar with the low-carb version)
Oreos (I used 5, and not sugar free. Where the hell do you get Sugar Free Oreos??)
Mix it up in a blender. It was not quite orgasmic, but very good. Next time I try it I might add some sugar free splenda chocolate syrup. Just a little. Or maybe go 1 1/2 scoop vanilla and 1 1/2 scoop chocolate M-drive complete. And go less on the water so it’s more shake like.
My other all time favorite recipe is a mixture of low-carb Metabolic Drive and Metabolic Drive complete. Mixing 1 scoop of banana low-carb with chocolate complete (1 1/2 scoop = 1/2 serving) is very good. All the protein and just half of the carbs and all the flavor.
