Getting something good in before bed seems to be in the plan for most folks trying to add muscle. I’m curious as to what people are using. Here’s my current favorite recipe, nice and simple:
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
1 scoop chocolate whey
6 ice cubes
water to thin it out (just enough to get it blended)

Seriously, try it. I had no idea how it was going to taste but needed something in a pinch and didn’t have anything else to work with. To me at least it really does taste a lot like iced coffee, it’s hard to explain, but it’s good.
I’ll have things from straight Metabolic Drive, Metabolic drive + PB, cottage Cheese, or if my numbers allow, a couple of scoops of banana Metabolic Drive mixed in with cottage cheese, cashews and some cinnamon!
