Best Bedtime Snack

I have a lot of trouble sleeping. I have heard that eating anything before bed can mess up your rest so I usually just have some milk or milk with Metabolic Drive in it on a gym night.

Is there any really good bedtime snack/ small meal that I can do that won’t keep me up?

What is your bedtime meal like? Does it ever keep you up?

Try to have it an hour before bed as opposed to swigging it down just before you hit the sack.

I eat 2 tbsp of Natty PB and one scoop of Metabolic Drive.

ZMA 1.5 hours before lights out then 25g casein and 3 tbsp natty PB .5 before. You can mix them together and shape them into balls, chill them in the fridge, and make a tasty snack. Add heavy cream for extra calories and better consistency.

50mg zinc, 2 Lean Dreams, and 3g GABA. 30minutes later, 2.5 scoops Low Carb MD with 2 tbsp natural PB and 3 EPO caps.

At the risk of sounding like a Biotest neophyte (nothing could be further from the truth), there is no better tasting whey/casein than MD.

I like having a big bowl of ice cream before bed. Ya kno, for the casein and fat. Slow digesting protein and umm… yeah.

I have 2 scoops chocolate Metabolic Drive with 2 tablespoons of Natty PB and 3 grams fish oil. Lately, at least.

Lately I’ve just been eating eggs before bed. In the past I’ve done the casein + fish oil route.
