Hey guys, great fat article this week, but I’ve got some questions:
1)Omega-3 eggs were mentioned. What in the hell are these and where can I get them? What are the fat ratios in plain ole eggs?
2)I haven’t really seen a good “fish-oil” product. Any suggestions? I don’t really trust oils that come in powdered form, plus oil capsules are a ton more expensive.
3)Omega-9 polys weren’t discussed at all. Sup wit dat?
4)I always trusted flax oil to be pretty much dominated by omega-3, but it was suggested in the article that there was a good percentage of omega-6 in there as well. What exactly is the ratio?
5)Are “canned salmon” and sardines really good sources of omega-3s? If so, what are some good brands?
6)I think it’s about time that Biotest came out with a good fat product. Possibly a strict omega-3 oil. What do you guys think?
