I’m going to start supplementing with fishoil soon. What took me so long? Um I’m stupid! Anyways I’ve looked on the search engine but found only info about fish oils and not the brands people recommend. Sorry to ask again if it’s already been posted. I just alway worry about quality when it comes to stuff like vitamins and oils etc. I’ll use this until biotest gets their fat sup out!!! Thanks in advance. Ciao.
Well, since Biotest has not come out with their own brand yet:
“Health From the Sun” sells a pure oil variety which is flavored with lemon/lime juice and when kept cold has almost no fish flavor.
You can buy it in a convienent 4 pack at a discount from iherb.
When it comes to oils always stick with UDOS ERASMOS.
I like Coromega best because it’s emulsified and it tastes good (a big, big plus for fish oil!).
Lots of others on the forum use Health from the Sun liquid fish oil.

Sam’s “members mark” brand. It’s cheap and I’ve heard from a bunch of people on this board that the quality is also good.
Sam’s Choice caps are a great value and decent quality.
I didn’t know Udo had a line of fish oils. Anyways I also want to make sure it’s one with the heavy metals removed. Any suggestions? Thanks again.
I use Carlson’s Fish oil, in capsules and liquid form. A little more expensive, but I know the quality is tops. Has a light, lemony/oil taste, no fishy aftertaste.

This really helps my lazy ass out. I was just thinking, on the way home from the grocery store, that I was going to do a search for fish oil brands.
Thanks for all of the suggestions.
Carlson is a great product.
I normally switch every few weeks Carlson, health from the sun, then I’ll switch to a blend of oils.
whats the caloric breakdown on fish oil, and how is it more beneficial to ones health and physique compared to flax seed oil?
Thanks everyone. I am hoping they have at least one of those brands in Canada. janderstein look up a thread by Eric Cressey called (The “Skinny” on Fats). Ciao.
