Fat Loss Stack, Help Needed!

29 yr old male, 5’5", 190 lbs, 26% BF. I started working out about 2 months ago and started with 31% BF. I have used no fat loss supplements during this time. I train 3x a week and Cardio 5x a week. I am looking to add fat loss supplements to help me erase my fat mass.

I am looking to get down to about 15% and then start bulking up. After doing a lot of reading on this great site I have come up with fat loss stack and I would like others input on it on whether it’s a good stack for my goal, should I remove anything, should I add anything, etc. Thanks so much.

FAT LOSS STACK:

HOT-ROX Extreme

REZ-V

Methoxy-7

First of all, the stack looks good. I think it might be a little overkill with the Rez-V and the Methoxy-7 though. I do understand the thought process behind those in that they will help you hold onto muscle. So basically, sure, if you have the money to spend, then go ahead and use them.

Now, onto actually using the stack… It might be beneficial to you if you hold off on actually implementing the HOT-ROX Extreme for a while. I would say that going from 26% to around 15% is a pretty significant loss in bodyfat and that you might have some stagnation at some point. So, it might be of better use to wait to use the HOT-ROX until you get a little further along in this fat loss journey, or if you start experiencing some stagnation.

Just my 2 cents though.

I apprecitae your help…what if I cycled the HRX…meaning:

Month 1 (all 3)
Month 2 (all but HRX)
Month 3 (All 3)

and so on…

Let me know. Thanks.

To be perfectly honest I think using HOT-ROX at 26% bodyfat is comlpetely unnecessary. I recently dropped from about 35% bodyfat to the point where now I’m about 18%. When you’re that high in bodyfat (26%) fat will come off your body so very easily so long as your eating clean and training hard.

Having tried HOT-ROX at a bodyfat around that which you’re at now I would have to reccomend that you wait until you’re significantly lower in bodyfat to start using it. What’s your rush anyways? If you’ve dropped 5% bodyfat already, is there any real indication that you’re about to stop cutting fat for some reason?

Personally, I have a bottle of HOT-ROX Extreme waiting at my disposal, but I’m certainly waiting until I drop to about 14% before I even consider using it again, because right now even at 18% fat loss is just so easy I think it’s unnecessary.

I understand that it must be tempting to speed up your progress with the use of supplements, but I think you should seriously consider being patient on the matter.
