I am a 26 y.o. naturally thin guy but have picked up noticeable flab around my mid-section since becoming sedentary while on hiatus from work. Now, I am starting a new diet and exercise regimen to minimize overall body fat, maximize libido, and flatten my abs to get a good V-shaped torso/chest-to-waist ratio.
To cut excess fat before focusing on muscle building/sculpting, I plan on stacking HOT-ROX Extreme, TRIBEX Gold, Rez-V, and ZMA. After meeting my fat reduction goal, I plan to replace the HOT-ROX Extreme/TRIBEX Gold combo with Alpha Male.
Should I add ReceptorMax to both stacks? What would be the potential benefits or side effects? Any and all advice is appreciated.
That sounds like a plan, hope it goes how you want it to. If you think you are gonna benefit from TRIBEX then why would you cut it out when adding Receptormax? As for if you should add Receptormax to the first stack, I would say if money isnt an object and you are gonna be training hard enough then why not? Also, since you haven’t mentioned all the supplements you are currently taking its hard to tell if you are jumping the gun.
I would definately hold Flameout and Superfood higher up then other supplements. Along with vitamin D depending on the amount of time you get outdoors in the sunlight and also your dairy consumption to a lesser extent. Because if you don’t have the basics down the advanced shit is most likely not gonna be utilised as well as it should be.
Edit- And all this is assuming you have your macronutrient(protein, fat, carb) profiles on track ofcourse.

I am not taking any supplements right now. TRIBEX is in my first planned stack because I want a T-booster with my HOT-ROX Extreme. Since Alpha Male contains TRIBEX and a lot of other great stuff, I see no problem in replacing it with Alpha Male once I have met my fat loss goal and am off of the HOT-ROX; I still want to maximize my T-levels. ReceptorMax might be in both stacks or neither stack, but I am posting here to get more info.
AHHA my bad you wrote Alpha Male i read Receptormax. Sorry i can’t help more with Receptormax info, I haven’t started taking it yet(got 2 bottles that im gonna start using soon enough). Vitamin D3 is awesome though.
If you are not already, take fish oil by the handful. It will help you get rid of unwanted fat on the stomach. I would start with this as phase 1, you may find a few weeks of it combined with intense workouts will be enough.
Also intense workouts will do more for you than any supplement can. Do not overlook this… consistency and actually exerting your energy in your workouts is key to improving the physique. Supplements are just the icing on the cake.
Also if you are just starting supplements like those mentioned above, I would take them 1 at a time. That way if something doesn’t work well or gives you problems, you know what it is. REZ-V gives GI problems to some people. HOT-ROX might be too stimulative for you. So don’t just start taking a bunch of supplements and expect everything to run perfectly…

Want some good advice? If you’ve been sedentary, then focus on eating a lot of high quality food, working out hard and supplementing with the basics right now, and FOCUS on muscle building. It will make you look better, help burn body fat, and help make the little bit of fat you have (skinny fat), look less.
If you look at my profile pics, I was around 18% BF and according to some people, with those stats I should have began a cut. Instead, I focused on bulking up with good food and putting on more muscle. The result? A slight increase in overall body fat, but a decrease in overall BF% along with a ton more muscle. I look a lot better, I think
