John Berardi
HMMM absorbing as much as I can from ANY source being open to any veiw even if odd or differeing from that I am used to. Taking all thet knowledge in like a sponge and then putting it to action and sort the cream from the crop and finmd what works for ME!!!
IMO thats what matter what works for you. and being open to MANY/any source for info unless its just plain ass idiotic.

Tom Venuto is the guy who got me into this whole “thing.” His book (Burn the fat, Feed the muscle) is pretty damn complete and while I have picked up some good tips along the way, everything you need is in that book regarding fat loss:
Meal Frequency
TEF of protein
Veggies Veggies Veggies
Explains what carbs, fats, proteins are
Top notch book for 40 bucks, I recommend it. Took me from 210 to 155 back in the day when all I wanted to be was “skinny”, using the same principles in the book I’m back to 200+…
Having said that. Most of the info in the book is available for free here from John Berardi, Lonnie Lowery and Chris Shugart. Read up and learn.
clenbuterol

Tom Venuto is the Man!!!
As far as actually addressing dietary issues and their effects for BBers, I’d go with Berardi and Chris Aceto.
