Fat Loss Diet/ Peri-Workout Carbs

I am 6’ 2’’ 185 lbs with 15-18% bf. My main goal right now is fat loss. I lift 4 times a week and do interval training 5-6 times a week. I think my diet is good, it looks like this:
Breakfast:
4egg whites, 1 egg, 1/4 cheese, 1 cup spinach, 4 pieces lean turkey bacon

Meal 2
2 scoops Metabolic Drive Low Carb, 1 serrving nuts (usually pistachio)

Meal 3
1 can tuna, 1 tablespoon light mayo, usually have with lettuce, tomato , and some low carb balsamic, 2 eggs

Snack- celery and almond butter

Post workout shake (lifting days only) - 2 scoops Metabolic Drive Low Carb

Meal 4
10 oz grilled chicken, 2 servings brocoli

On lifting days I will add some carbs before and after workout. I will usually have some oatmeal with PB before workout and add some ezekiel bread to my post workout meal. Would it harm my fat loss efforts to add some sort of pre or post workout supp such as Surge?

I know I need to put on muscle, but I have some fat in my lower ab area and in my pecs. I really want to get rid of that first. Does my diet look good if that is my goal or do you still recommend I eat more?
