i haven’t tried it but have been thinking about giving it a go. how did it work for you so far?? I can definitely give you some training ideas if you have some specific questions… shoot’em my way bro.

I really like the 5/3/1 program because it is so flexible and a time saver. I had good results with it as well.
I don’t have any specific questions right now. Just always looking for ideas from a strong,experienced mofo like yourself.

i’ll open with 460 then go 500 and finish with 515 or so.

C’mon. Those are the only two lifts that I’m kind of semi good at. Actually mediocre comes to mind, but I’m not sure of the spelling of that.

You and me both. They should let us do a PL meet as a relay - I squat, Meat benches, and you finish with the DL.
