i really like this variation. it’s one hell of a stretch and it takes a lot of the stress off the elbows.

you won’t find much. i only add it in if i start having trouble rowing the weight down on bench. i’m pretty lucky that way. i’ve always had a lot of upper back, lat and shoulder mass.

Just watched the 405x5 video. I couldn’t help but notice the gent spotting you. You know you move a lot of weight when your spotter has to wear a belt!

we all use Inzer lever belts. you throw that shit on and then you lever it down when you need it otherwise you leave it open. it’s good for lazy asses like me that don’t want to bend over to pick the belt up every time you want to use it.

MM, somewhere I saw you have competed mostly in the APF and SPF. When competing raw do you still use the mono for squats in those feds?
