Hello everyone,
I just wanted to share this recipe for a quick, delicious and effective recipe. I have been eating at least one of these a day and its loaded with good quality protein, antioxidants vitamins and calcium. It is also quite low in calories so it can be used as a dessert for almost any meal, plus, its glycemic index is incredibly low.
Here it goes:
-1 7 oz. container fat free cream cheese(I like the Philadelphia ones that come on a plastic container)170 kcals, 35g pro, 7g carb, 0g fat
-1 cup frozen berries(I like strawberries best, blueberries are fine too, but I can die from allergies if I eat a raspberry)80 kcals, 1 g pro, 19g carb, 0 fat.
Directions:
Simply take the cream cheese out of the container just as it is.
Nuke the frozen berries in the microwave for about 2 minutes, you will notice they will start to melt and form some nice syrupy substance. Once theyre completely melted, add 2 packets of splenda and steer, pour over the cream cheese and enjoy!
Its a very healthy and tasty complement to your diet, try it and let me know how you liked it!
