I am new to the forums and I think I did my homework before posting this. I am a 5’5 140 lb Female. 22 yrs old, human metabolism major…
I am interested in doing Fat Fast, starting asap, however, I was wondering why they refer to drinking as much decaf coffee as desired. If caffeine stimulates metabolism AND gives a bit of an energy boost, albeit temporary, why cant you drink caffeinated coffee?
Also, if I do adequate strength training, do I need to take anything other than MD6? I know men can take andro, but as for women…
hahahaha… sorry, I was just thinking that I’m gonnna start a little experiment with the Fat Fast and here’s your post. Not laughing at you.
to answer your question, I think the author just wanted that jolt and/or just liked coffee. Caffeine will help mobilize fat, but it’s up to you to use it. MD6 is no longer sold. The new Biotest fat loss sup is HOT-ROX, or you could just use caffeine, ephedrine, and yohimbine (but don’t take the E and Y together).

Thanks so much for all your input![/quote]
The recommendation to drink decaff was, as already pointed out, because caffeine would already be included via supplementation. As for MD6, it’s no longer available and has since been replaced by HOT-ROX, which is superior in many ways. Might want to give the following article a read as well:
