I’m thinking of doing this shortly after I finish my ABBH cycle. Coincidentally it will coincide with getting a paycheck and being able to afford the necessary supplements.
However, I might wait until some of the new supplements are launched though. It has to be done before the hot weather gets here of course!

Weren’t they suppose to update fat fast. What’s the word Brock? Chris?
What do you suggest as good hunger suppressant?

Regarding your previous post, I’m with davo2, skimmed milk (they take out the fat and add sugars!!), banana, surge (both contain high G.I carbs). These must be eliminated or you will never get into, and stay in ketosis.
As for the hunger suppressant, give 5-HTP a try, cheap and widely available.
I am currantly on fat fast day 4, going well, so many pills to take. Using M1t, ECA, and cytomel.

I am on day 2 of fat fast. I have replaced two shakes with one can of oil packed tuna for lunch instead of shake and 4 ounces of some sort of meat for dinner, with fish oil.
I am using Hot Rox 1 cap twice per day (I can’t handle the full dose) and it really seems to help with both hunger and cravings. I am also taking a good multi-vitamin, as well as “Garden of Life” Green Food and Primal Defense.
I have had good luck with Keto diets in the past and actually find them easier to stick with.
Due to knee injury and personal crap, I had not trained for a few months and have put on some weight. I got back into the gym a couple of weeks ago, but now have a sprained ankle! So, I am thinking I will try to keep up with upper body, which lags behind my lower strength-wise anyway, until ankle is better and I can get back to doing cardio and so forth. Hopefully, will only be a few weeks!
