New here…though Ive been a regular reader.
Just started Fat fast…on day two. Im pretty much sticking to the original plan outline in T Mag. Though right now Im using some products from SANN as I got them at a great price. Though Im looking forward to using Mag10 later this summer.
The only thing Im going to do different is consume Carbs in the morning with my first meal and then again post workout, but will never be more than 75g per day. Has anyone else tried this approach?
