I would disagree in part, Lotus. A number of persons, myself included, have found that strength has stayed constant except for the slight drop to begin with, followed by in some cases, increases in strength.
Also, cravings-wise, I think after week one, the cravings for the most part are not a big concern, unless he loves to hang out at a pizza parlour everyday.
Now, as for my update, final one I guess, since there’s only tommorow to go.
Its been a tough road at times, but honestly, I was expecting worse. I think the most difficult and most important thing was staying hydrated. Close second were the cravings during the first week.
Was it worth it? Yeah, definately. I learned alot about myself in this process, and it did lean me down further then ever.
Would I do it again? Definately. After I bulk for AWHILE, this will probably get cycled back into the rotation unless I find I have a VERY clean bulk.
Good luck to those just starting out, it only gets easier, and its well worth it. To those others just finishing up, a hearty congratulations to everyone that made it to the end.
