Fat fast post-workout meal

While doing the fat fast diet what would be best for a post-workout meal?

I would say strictly whey protein. You don’t want to add fat to the post-workout meal as it will slow absorption. I use approx. 30 g. post-workout when doing a low carb diet plus I add glutamine to it.

I think you can get away with 1 serving of 0.4g protein and 0.8g carbs and still lose fat at the same rate (if not faster). Preservation of muscle will be greater with this method.
