Fat Fast & Methoxy7 ?

Hi, my girlfriend is interested in trying the ‘fat-fast’ experiment. My question is - as she doenst really want to be taking MAG-10, would Methoxy7 be a sufficient replacement?

Methoxy-7 should work well for her. But if
starting to see LBM loss or substantive strength loss, I’d increase calories by getting some carbs around workout time
(e.g., Surge pre and post workout, maybe
one scoop each time) and possibly also
increasing fats somewhat.

Bill, what dose of Methoxy would you suggest for a woman. My wife’s stats are as follows 6’ 150lbs w/ 22% bodyfat. She is currently taking T2-Pro @ 2 per day and MD6 2caps per day. We are slowly working into a weight routine for her. Right now she teaches step classes and is beginning to incorporate a weight workout. What kind of diet on these supps (Methoxy-7 included). Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

The label dose of 10 mL 2x/day would be fine. (It would only be an unusual circumstance where it wouldn’t.) For diet, her LBM is
about 120 (I’m not using a calculator) and
multiplying that by 12 gives about 1400-1500
calories per day.

I’d recommend Berardi’s “Massive Eating” approach, which is also completely applicable to dieting. Or to briefly sum it up, protein plus carbs with little fat is fine; protein plus fats with little carbs is fine; the optimal approach is to have P+C principally in the earlier part of the day and P+F in the latter part; meals with equal amounts of protein, fats, and carbs are OK. The one thing that is NOT good is meals that are high in fat and carbs but not protein.
