I am on FF starting today 8 hours pass by and NO PROBLEMS So far…
Menawhile, I was thinking How about we all post our individual FF Menus exactly what we are eating/drinking/doing on a daily basis?
This would help to figure out what we are missing and what can be improved especially for beginners like me.
So here we go first me ![]()
3 Times a day: 15 ml Flax seed oil,40 grams of proptein,1 Xenadrine.
2 Times a Day: 1 boiled egg,Metamusil,MultiVitamins…
I am planning to be on this diet literally for 4 weeks, although I have a company business trip on sep 24th to North Carolina… I will try and stay on this.
I hope we get some feed back here so every one can share their Recipe ![]()
