Hello everyone, great site, I find a lot of excellent info here… I have a question for MR. Brock Strasser regarding one of the supplements he used for the Fat Fast diet, Androsol. I compete in the natural bodybuilding shows and cannot take any andros, but the idea of dumping mass quantities of fat without muscle loss in a short time intrigues me. 1st question: what kind of results would i expect on this plan using MD6 but no Androsol? and 2: I am permitted to use tribulus, would Tribex 500 be a useful replacement for the andro? I am currently using “massive eating” for muscle size over winter and plan to use “fat fast” come springtime before show season. Thank you for your time and consideration,

You may lose muscle without the Androsol. I’d up the calories a bit and take both Tribex and Methoxy-7. If you can only afford one, go for Methoxy-7. I love Tribex but I think Methoxy is better for lean muscle preservation when dieting. Methoxy is legal for BB shows and tested athletes too. The new formula tastes great too. Much improved over the old.
