Hi!
I started the fat-diet, this spring, after
reading alot on this forum, that had the
fat-thread, and other publications. It was
really great and hard at the same time. My
diet only lasted for a month. However during
the summer I have become a vegetarian, taking
one step at a time. Now I don’t have enough
information to start the fat-diet without eating meat or dairy-products, so I wonder if
there was any other vegs in the old fat-thread?

You’ve got to be kidding, right? Assuming you’re not, what kind of veg are you? Will you eat protein powder? If so, your diet will be protein powder and flax oil or Udo’s. That’s about it. Also, there are a lot of “fat diets”. Which one are you talking about, the Fat Fast? This is just all seems silly to me. It’s like saying, “I’ve decided to get laid every weekend, did I mention I chopped my penis off? Any advice?”
A Vegetarian?!? On this site!?! Any reason in particular? The slaughter of animals, the loss of testicles, etc. That’s not hardcore!
before I was veg I didn’t eat much meat at all,
the only complement I do is soya-protein powder. OK actually I’m a climber, but alot of training and information come from bodybuilding. I see climbing much more hardcore than moving around a barrel :-), getting big is only a side-effect. Anyway it doesn’t matter, I was curious what vegs that train need to consern about, I really don’t want to do any diet when beeing a veg, without knowing.
