PL question, wrist wraps for squatting, do you use em when the weight gets heavy?? I have some and I used them a lot when I was box squatting becauase the bar was always so low on my back.

Spock - wrist wraps: I wear them squating and benching. I have dainty little girl wrists. I can encircle them with my thumb and pinkie. They tend do get cranky and hurt at the joints. I low bar on my regular squats all the time to keep from folding and this places additional stress on my wrists. I would say go ahead and experiment. Use the wraps and low bar on your regular squats to see how it feels. I tried it about a year ago and loved it. Whenever I forget to bring them or use them my wrists complain.
