Brute - you can kill it! I have faith in you. remember no diet, and on rest days the most you are aloud to do is walk Nigel. Also bring some coffee and or little food to the gym. 2-2.5 hr long workouts are tiring.

BG - perfection indeed! I’m in a good place which I’m hoping will last throughout the 12 weeks.

Cal - I hadn’t been to the gym in a few days and I knew I wasn’t going to go yesterday: working and then driving 4 hours to get back home. I just grabbed my pj’s a glass of bourbon on the rocks and watched my new Top Gear episodes.

The biggest reason why I wanted to hit the gym on wednesday is because my home gym has strict clothing policies: no tank top. I wanted to wear a flimsy little spaghetti strap cami with a lace back to show off my dragon and also see my shoulders and arms at work. Um so yeah, no iron will just incredibly vain.

I also enjoyed the idea of scaring off a new crowd. The crowd in my gym are used to that “weirdo” who comes in with her big blue belt and lifts heavy stuff. And what better way to claim my territory then to huff and puff my way through some heavy squats - especially since the cage stood empty the whole time I was there. “That’s how you do it boys”.

I finished with some good mornings in the middle of the room; my black yoga pants stretched tight around my big round ass and rammed those hips in nice and quick. Boom!
