Wow. A deadlift session sandwich with benching as the bread. That makes me tired just reading it!

I find it really clears my mind after a workout! It’s a real good cool down.
Would be nice to not have the post workout hunger overshawdow all the pleasent bird chipp-age though.
In for EPIC SHEIKO PRS!!! YAY!!!
It’s always fun to see everything start coming together on Sheiko. My brother has had similar success, and everything always starts flying after that tough week. (3 or 4? Not familiar enough to remember) Looking forward to seeing those PR’s get smashed!
N, I saw you mention a June meet in someone else’s log. Which one are you doing? Is it a CPU one? So far all the June meets I see posted are in Ontario.

Hmm must read up more about this Sheiko stuff.
Ooo, holiday soon, anywhere with diving involved?
When you start #37, don’t do #30 on accident. I’ll never make that mistake again.
LWI
Pixie - same here. This program is very different from 5.3.1 which had given me good results. I am a lab rat ![]()
Kimba - it is nutters.
Kalle - Funneh ![]()
Spock - bring a snack. or do as I do and eat a small meal before your workout.
Hallowed - well now I feel pressured.lol.
Wiggles - week 3 was the biggest bitch. Hopefully my results will be as epic as your bros.
MT - totally diving involved. can’t freakin wait!! we’re spending a week in Antigua. I’ll probably dive for 2 days and hang out with the husband and beach the others.
Ink - you’re made me curious… I’ll need to check out #30. I just pulled out 37# from elite to verify and I’m good to go.

Ink - jumping on 37 - I’ve got the whole thing planned out in my agenda. Question: when do you recalculate your maxes? My longterm game plane is to run through the 12 weeks 29-37-32 and then do a max test day for each of the three. If I was to redo 29 would I base myself on the same numbers? add weight 5-10 lbs to the max to calculate lifts??
I was just wondering about that this week.

Well, you could retest after this cycle of 29, but I’d just add 5-10lbs for each of the 3 maxes, recalculate numbers, and go from there. 32 is a peaking cycle so the last day of you would essentially have a meet or a “mock meet” to see where you’re at.

so if I understand when I prep program #37 I should add 5-10lbs to my max and calculate from there…
I can’t believe I survived that… Currently traveling for work and dealt with some major insomnia last night; a common occurance when I’m not home. I was basically up until 5am… blegh. Then I plugged my full day of work. When 5pm rolled around I had every excuse lined up to not hit the gym. I made a deal with myself that I would at least do the main lifts. If I was struggling too much I’d call it a day and do the accessories tomorrow…

Yup it’s CPU. The one I’m thinking of doing is usually part of the Festival Sportif de St. Marie and is a qualifier for the provincials. The details aren’t up yet.

I have to say Sheiko looks yucky. :-/
But if it’s helping you set some PRs then I’m all for it.
I’ve decided you are she-beastly strong… and I’m adding you to my list of insanely awesum motivating women. Sheiko looks maschocistly fun. Will definitely be following.
Getting your Sheiko in after a day like that is a very big win.
Nice work Frenchie. 30 is retarded, stay away! (for now)
LWI!
Killing it on no sleep! You rock girl!
