I’m the same except it’s Skyrim and a cuppa tea. I am already on to my third character (my first two have been Nords - one was a Stormcloak and the other went with the Legion but both reasonably honorable law abiding guys). The new one is a naughty Khajit and I’m going to do all the thief and DB quests with him. Anyway…
Bloody good work on the benching and dips. That’s some great progress on the latter.
Oh and no knee pain, just tired lats and sore that part that connects the ass to the hammies(whatever it’s called).

Hallowed - It depends on the days, I follow my hunger cues. That’s a low cal day. For high cal day add a proper lunch: omelet or something similar which adds another 200. A pre-bed snack (250gr of greek yogourt, 2 tbs of honey and a sprinkle of oates) add 450 and a 2am snack 200. Total on high cal days is 2750. It gives you a better idea of my range. I was fueling on 2500+ for the first 2 weeks, now I’ve grown a little more accustom to the program and my body is not requesting as much.
Charlie! no strength loss is good and no knee pain is even better! keep it at.

Got it! Seemed low that day. I’ve eaten WAY MORE than that for weeks at a time recently ha.
(was bad idea on my part LOL)
SO YOU ARE OVER THREE WEEK HUMP? What does that mean? Feeling much better? recovering faster? need less rest/recover/food?

It means she’s into the death that week 4 brings!
Main, plans for after this round of #29? Run it again? #37 maybe?
Cal - I got really attached to my character I suppose, the idea of building a new one for now doesn’t do it for me. I’m just chaotic good in my quest choices.
Patch - loves it!! really speaks to me.
Joe- it doesn’t feel that nice since I while back I was repping the crap out of 135. I’m guessing my 1 rep max doesn’t translate to the repping I can do at 75-80%. I might add another 5lbs in a couple weeks.
Kimba- yup going through a nice strong cycle period and milking it. I wish this was reality 365 days a year.
Hallowed - 3 week hump meant that the 3rd week of Sheiko is brutal. Also that I’ve found my groove.
Ink - jumping on 37 - I’ve got the whole thing planned out in my agenda. Question: when do you recalculate your maxes? My longterm game plane is to run through the 12 weeks 29-37-32 and then do a max test day for each of the three. If I was to redo 29 would I base myself on the same numbers? add weight 5-10 lbs to the max to calculate lifts??

I was just wondering about that this week.

Well, you could retest after this cycle of 29, but I’d just add 5-10lbs for each of the 3 maxes, recalculate numbers, and go from there. 32 is a peaking cycle so the last day of you would essentially have a meet or a “mock meet” to see where you’re at.
Nadia - thank you and I’m riding the wave while I can. I’m starting to feel some ridual tiredness so the upcoming vacation in a couple of weeks will be well deserved. I hear the sand and sea calling my name (along with the mojitos
wiggles - welcome. You dropped in at a good time.
Ink - I don’t think that a mock meet really sets you up for your true maxes. When I’ve scraped through 29 I’ll give each lift it’s day to max out and test the results. The pr’s should be epic!! Damn it, all this hard work better give me at least 5lbs on my bench or I’m going to go berserk. lol
HEY you walk home from the gym too?! It takes me about (exactly) 23 minutes to walk home and I go so insanely fast because I feel so ravenous and I don’t even want to take the time to smile at people or say hi, HA.
I look like a girl on a mission, that’s for sure.
Spock - my walk home is 5 minutes, easy breezy even in crazy temps. I just bundle up more. It’s the reason why I go to that gym. Not the best place in the city but they have a rack, benches, barbells and plates. Then I just grab my own winter coat and wash at home and eat. My job consists of being on the road a lot so the last thing I want to do at 5-6pm is grab my car again.
