Fat Bottom Girls

as promised: the vids.

Here’s the deficit deads first set of 200lbs x3

I’m pulling so much with my back. Perhaps my step was too high? any suggestions? suck it up and learn to drive through my legs?

Here’s a nice little fail: learning to keep my balance on my 1st set at 185lbs.

Hot Damn on the big sumo number!!! You’re like Steve McQueen in ‘Bullet.’ One bad Mother Fu…

and my homework for Snap:
200lbs 1x3 with pause at the knees.

Ink: Am I pausing long enough? Do I have this right?

you just made my day!

read your comment to my husband who just rolled his eyes. Seems living with a badass mofo is overated. lolz!!!

and jeez- just watched my own vids… If my ass gets any bigger it will need it’s own zipcode. How did Greg say it? BOOMROASTED!!

Damn fine work on the Sumo.

I did notice on the pic her arms seemed to be a little small for an archer but I remembered you had a hunter in LOTR Online.

^You tell your hubby that McQueen is iconic, & that is the highest form of flattery one can give.

Though I do believe he already knows how good he’s got it.

Probably does - but he’s also a car fanatic. Race car racers are higher in his totem pole than meatheads

Yeah. Get off the step and use either the 35- or 25-lb plates, depending on how much of a deficit you want. I’m way impressed that you held onto the bar when you lost your balance and just sort of stumbled off with it in your hands!

Thanks for the vid of the paused DLs. Looks . . . painful. You’re a better woman than I, I can say that.

^Let him know that the car used in that movie was a Highland green 1968 Mustang GT 390 fastback. Built for speed & full of muscle.

'nough said!

Joe - Thank you sir

Snap - better woman? no way. stupider maybe. the meathead force is strong in me.

Print - what a beauty! I didn’t know what to do this evening but now I’m going to watch Bullet.

Nice work…my form critique would be that you’re rear is jumping up a bit before you engage your back. The way to fix this is to 1) lock your back into an arch before pulling 2)imagine pulling the bar “into” your center…you want your back and glutes engaged through the whole pull. When your butt goes up first it messes up that synergy and makes for pulls that become “good mornings” at high weights.

Good stuff…Keep t it!

deficit deads look kinda scary.

Damn! All the deficit deads, the paused deads, that’s no joke right there!

And thanks on the back-up food plan. I do end up a bit gassed on my squat and DL day, so its not a bad idea…I was told a long time ago when I first started warrior to take some coconut oil if I felt too depleted during training. Any thoughts?

Mims- It’s my first time doing those and my set up is all wrong, my step too high. Next time I’ll take Snap’s advice and just use smaller plates.

Masch - I’d keep the coconut oil as a pre-bed snack. Great source of fat, but as all fats, slow to break down. It won’t do much in terms of giving you energy NOW. My BCAA/ glutamine/Whey blend is absorbed pretty quickly for immediate use. I know some people are wary or not in the habit of using supps… I might replace this with fruit: banana, apple and hardboiled egg maybe? or a simple sandwhich on whole wheat? Basically quick carbs and protein would be my choice.

Hey Nimain,

I just saw your deficit pulls and your making a big set up error beyond just being too high.

Look where your starting the pull…the bar is way too far ahead of you. You’re pulling the bar making the lift less efficient and way awkward. That’s why it pulled you forward.

Start with that bar over the middle of your feet. At your level 4" is enough of a deficit for you. If this doesn’t make sense check out this link to Riptoe describing bar placement during deadlift…same concept.

Keep at it!

I love Frenchie videos.

Yes, that’s the way to do them. You’re not holding it there, you just stop the upward motion, and rip it to lock out.

nice work! How’d you like them?

Hey girl, I just realized almost every stat you listed is almost like my training partner, I’ll have to get her in here!

GAWD you’re intimidating! Dafukk lady deficit deads paused deads sheiko…

epic.
