Nice bench!
I googled “pictures of balls growing” and let’s just say–I got some interesting results, and leave it at that, shall we? glad yours are though, solid benching and getting in there.
SRSLYY NICE BENCHING! You warm up with my goal weight LULz. This year has been the highest highs and lowest lows for me too… gnarly. Its life tho right? I think the change in season’s affects us on some primal level too (which really only makes sense if you think about our inner caveman).
Yeah the big thing is just minding your bouyancy. I remember last year, I borrowed a camera, I got so into trying to take this picture of a fish hiding in a rock, playing around with a torch to get the light right, next thing I was upside down, didn’t even notice it, ![]()
I feel the same going coming from work to the gym. Winter is always a hard time. Imma gonna have to grow some big balls too this season, preferably some nice hot steaming ones.

YAY! Frenchie’s coming back!
Full moon in Tauras last night means you do what you want! Get back in your element. We’ll see if that recharges the sleeping dragon ![]()
You’ve been through a lot this year, mama. Sometimes you need to just sit in your skin and process. Nothing wrong with that. Focus inward and let that big, glowing ball of energy collect in your belly.
And nice benching! 145? I’d be happy too!

Gorgeous!! I will definitely stay for breakfast. Meet back in the bed ![]()
Nice lifting. Sometiems I think you have to fail every now and again or you aren’t really pushing it enough.
Looks like I’ll stay for breakfast too.

I like the direction this is heading!
i love you from afar…great vids great squats…wish i knew a woman like you.
Ditto on the bench! No worries, there’s way more in you, just simmer.
I love the way the light hits making a soft heart, the fabric so delicately
getting caught in the love humps.

This is without a doubt, true. Especially in this whole “powerlifting” game. You don’t know your true max, until you’ve reached too far and failed. And, it just gives you something to hit next time.
Strong work Frenchie, good on ya for getting in the gym.
lots of company for breakfast!

Kev - I pulled my hipflexor trying to triple 225 a couple of weeks ago. On the third rep my leg jammed up and I wasn’t going anywhere, so I dropped the bar. Was walking funny for the first couple of days. Now I’m much better but still feeling a little strain during certain exercises.
Great pictures, nlmain.
Hope the recovery is going well.
Benching work looks great.
Knowing what your limits are helps in pushing yourself to overcome them.
You have some nice clothes, Frenchie. (And what goes into them is pretty nice too!)
