Was all pumped up tonight. The first 35 push ups were easy but after that I was smoked. Thanks for the workout Fischer.

Thanks guys. The shoulder hasn’t changed at all. But doing the db militarys Arnold press style made the pain less.
OG, I’ve never done side plancs but I found out they suck after about 20 seconds.
Wilson, being a fat bastard like I am made the pushups harder then they should have been.
Fischer, I like the workout. It gives a big swole and my lats/tris ache today.

I was surprised how hard it is to do 100 pushups. My tris were all pumped up.

ab roll 275 5x3
3.2 km(2 miles) time stationary bike level 1 - 4 min 57 sec
This doesn’t look like much but the 5 sets 10 reps killed me. I didn’t rest long between sets. I finished all the squats in less then 1/2 hour. The timed bike came from the DeFranco workout.

Did it with 100 lbs less poundage 2 days ago. Still feeling it.

Very excited my shoulder didn’t hurt at all today. I’ll keep CGB as an assist exercise for awhile and if all goes well I’ll be hitting it heavy again soon.
